Novelty Hill • Januik was designed not only to serve as a state-of-the-art winemaking facility but also to offer guests opportunities for hands-on learning through cooking classes, wine appreciation seminars and culinary events.  Its unique architectural and landscape design includes a demonstration kitchen, intimate dining spaces and outdoor entertainment areas, among other amenities, that facilitate the exploration and enjoyment of food and wine.  Experience the winery for yourself at any one of our upcoming events.

Cooking Classes

Creative Cooking - Market Fresh Barbecue • Sunday,  June 14  • Noon – 3:00 p.m.

Since summer's just around the corner, it's time to barbecue!  Sit back, relax and sip on some delicious wines while the pros show you how to prepare meats, fruits and vegetables fresh from your local Farmer's Market to achieve perfect grilling results using a Chef Dan Koommoo's favorite barbecue techniques.  Come hungry and prepared to feast on the fixins!
