Meet June’s Employee of the Month
Amarah DeAmborossio started working at Novelty Hill Januik a few months ago and has been a great addition to our kitchen staff. She attended Edmonds Community College and hopes to one day own her own kitchen. One of her favorite memories working at the winery so far is when her and the other kitchen staff cooked for a small party of businessmen who were from Japan. She loved seeing how much they enjoyed their night and how thankful they were to the kitchen and event staff for putting on the dinner. Amarah’s favorite wine here at Novelty Hill Januik is our 2014 Januik Weinbau Vineyard Malbec, and one of her favorite things to do in the kitchen is to cook salmon. Amarah says the best thing about working here is “getting to do something different every day.” She loves cooking for a variety of people and seeing all the happy guests. We love having Amarah in our kitchen. She brings great energy, enthusiasm, and helps keep our kitchen boys under control.
