Seasonal Winemaker Dinner

$125One of the joys of living in the Northwest is the fresh, flavorful abundance of our local waters, farms, orchards and vineyards that provide plentiful inspiration for our quarterly winemaker dinner series.
This summer, winery chef Seth Fernald and winemaker Mike Januik invite you to join us at the winery on Tuesday, August 14 at 6 pm for a multi-course feast celebrating the delicious, fleeting flavors of the season. Menu highlights include ripe stone fruit and melons dripping with juicy goodness, Foraged and Found’s earthy morels, a briny treat from the sea and farm-fresh lamb raised in Redmond. To complete the evening, Mike will lead guests through a selection of library and limited release wines carefully paired with each course to mark what promises to be an unforgettable event. MENU
